healthy busy morning breakfast

These past couple of weeks have been a whirlwind of traveling, adventuring, working and entertaining.  Somewhere in the chaotic mess that is our family’s life, I forgot to eat breakfast.  … for like 4 days in a row.  I noticed my energy levels dropping and decided it was time to take back breakfast!  Breakfasts that I can pull out of the fridge/freezer and just put on the table are my favorite, bonus points when the kids really love them.  My morning saving grace this week has been VitaTops Muffin Tops.

The last thing I need at the beginning of my day is guilt.  Listen, I love me a great eggs benedict (and I just recently perfected my hollandaise sauce) but most days, I want some delicious fuel that isn’t going to weigh me down.  My go-to quick breakfasts are definitely muffin tops and finger fruits!

Of course, another morning necessity for busy moms is caffeine.  I have been running off of caffeine these last few weeks years and there is no end in sight!

VitaTops Muffin Tops are not only great for busy moms – just grab one and go – but kids love them too.  On busy mornings, especially during the weekdays, I just pop out a few muffin tops to thaw (takes like 20 min) and add whatever easy fruits I have on hand – 90% of the time it’s bananas and berries.  My kids love anything on a skewer, so I usually make fruit kabobs!

Fruit kabobs are also very portable so they are the perfect addition to a basket of muffin tops.  Gabriel REALLY loves fruits, so the fact that he just passed the kabobs and went right for the VitaTops Muffin Tops is pretty impressive.  His favorite flavor is definitely Protein Banana Chocolate Chip, which contains 8 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber and just 130 delicious calories.

My daughter’s favorite VitaTops Muffin Tops is the Deep Chocolate variety, which I’ll admit is very tasty.  Who doesn’t want chocolate in the morning?  This variety is 76% organic and made with organic cocoa powder.  It comes in at just 100 calories and has a whopping 10 grams of fiber inside!

My favorite is probably Wild Blueberry since I’m a berry fiend.  It is made with organic blueberries and contains 6 grams of fiber.  Honestly, I don’t think I will ever let me freezer run out of VitaTops Muffin Tops!

I found my VitaTops Muffin Tops at Kroger in the frozen breakfast section.  You can find yours at your nearest Publix, Kroger, Stop & Shop, Shop-Rite or Target locations.  Which one would be your favorite?

You’ll find definitely a great deal of particulars like that to take into consideration. Which is an incredible point to bring up. I provide the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly you will find questions like the one you bring up where one of the most critical thing might be working in honest great faith. I don?t know if ideal practices have emerged around points like that, but I’m certain that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. Both boys and girls feel the impact of just a moment’s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.
