{DIY} produce-based paints for Easter eggs

Easter is quickly approaching, and I know you’re already planning on the festivities (look out Erin, here we come!).   I love Easter and all of it’s wonderful traditions, pastel colors, and historical connections.  Eggs are most certainly a staple for the holiday, and I love what they represent: new life.  Decorating and dying eggs for Easter is an old tradition that dates way back.  So far back that I couldn’t find an actual date.  This year when you dye your eggs, do it the absolute natural way with produce and spices.  I found this nifty tutorial from Meyamo on just how.  The same paints can be used to make edible play dough.
