{DIY} Magnetic Lunch Chart

Have you noticed that when you involve your child into their meals that they enjoy eating it much more? Having a picky eater for so long, I’ve learned that I have to have her input or she will refuse to eat it. I adore this magnetic lunch chart from Martha Stewart. There’s a printout for the week and another printout with all the different food options. Place all of the options into an envelope and let your child plan their school lunches.

Together, you come up with a variety of sandwiches, fruits, healthy snacks, and desserts. Personally to mine, I may edit it in order to add a vegetable. It’s so important to have vegetables be a regular staple in every meal. Even if they don’t eat it, just having it there provides a very important mental note for your kids.

School is in session, so make sure that your kids have healthy lunch options and help them be a part of it with this handy magnetic lunch chart!
