{DIY} Cork Stamp

I think this idea is absolutely adorable and also a great up-cycle from all of those corks you have (if Sarah hasn’t hit you up for yours already). All you do is with corks of different sizes, press them into an ink pad and onto your item of choice. Then simply embellish stems or leaves using a fine tip marker and that’s it! You have adorable fruits and veggies to add to tags, home-made jams, cards, etc. To view the full tutorial from Martha, click here.

Tools and Materials

Cork Stamp How-To
1. Press a cork into an ink pad, then stamp it onto the paper.

2. Use fine-tip markers to draw details around the stamped circles: leaves on a radish, a stem on an orange, a pod for peas, and so on.

Some good points raised in this article.I would add that some social media is disengaging face 2 face conversations to a certain extent. Some people rely on social media channels as function of reality. I think the norms are changing. People are prioritizing online and mobile conversations sometimes at the cost of real life interactions. what are your thoughts?
