I receive random calls like this with no message almost every day. If I don't recognize the number I don't answer. That's worked for me so far.
This # called my mobile, left no message. Has same first six digits as my mobile.
This is a scammer. Phone says Willow Grove but is from Phila. They are calling about credit card accts. Bogus. Spouse is Police officer. We checked it out and they are fraud. Do not answer.
