called back and it says the number is not in service - SCAMMER
I thought it was a spam call at first but it turned out to be a solicitation call from a credit repair agency. The guy sounded like he knew his stuff so we met with him. With baby steps and a small deposit he came through for us by helping us with our credit history which was a mess.
