I believe it's part of a scam to advertise for Mountain Dew Energy Drinks. Drive your car with a logo on the side to advertise Mt Dew Energy Drink. They send you a check drawn on a quasi-bank in La Mesa California by a quasi-company in San Diego California before you even do a thing. Not normal business proceedure....SCAM!
