These people do not speak English. They use a pre-recorded message saying they are going to have me arrested if I don't call them back. I've called them 4 times and each time, when I give them my name, they hang up on me. Scammers!!!
I answered the phone as it was a local call. There was no acknowledgement and I was disconnected. When I called back there was no answer and I was once again disconnected. Looks like someone is using unused numbers to call and sell stuff, but is not handling the switch off correctly.
