Nothing said when I answered just nothingness. You could tell the call went through it sounded as if someone just wasn't talking.
Left VM on my phone and I called the number back and received an automated system and then was asked to hit star * to speak to an operator. I then got a man who could not speak english and said he was from the IRS. I asked for the Tax ID No. for the IRS. I was told IR1706. Definite scam
