This number called and alleged that they were calling because I had made a recent Social Security inquiry. No such thing had occurred, I asked where they got this information, the line went dead.
This is actually my phone number. It was spoofed and scammers are using it. I have had the number for 15 years and the phone company offers no help other then to change it. So I have changed my VM to alert anyone calling this number back if they do not recognize it that a scammer is using it
