These people text message me four times in one minute using three different numbers. All of them from the 562 area code starting with 640-2---.
Has called sporadically since 2015, sometimes after midnight. Spanish speaker. Today's call (3-15-18 12:50 pm) rang 4 times, went to answering machine, but no message was left. It's is possibly a wrong number for someone else in their cell phone.
