They did not identify who they worked for before my brother ended the call.
I received a text message at 5:30 AM this morning from this Text Plus VOIP phone number purportedly from the 914 Westchester area of NY. My prefix is NJ and I live in CT. I attempted to call the number back using *67 and it was greeted with a very odd sounding voicemail message that the person I was trying to reach was unavailable.
