on 2018.11.28 I received a call from this number to my cellphone (first 6 #'s same as mine) AND at the same moment received a call from 866-528-3733 ('missed call' also) on my other cellphone (no similar #'s). This is far from coincidental... thus my judgement as "Scammer"
