I believe this is BB & T. They dial your phone with a number that is only a couple of digits off of your own to entice you to answer the call.
Called 3 times in a 10 minute span. They're one of those cramming scams where they try to get you to say yes to their questions and use that as consent to make purcahses in your name. These idiots call every day from an endless rolodex of phone numbers!
