A good detox is more than what you are consuming. There are actual stretches and positions that aid in your detox journey. Simply stretching and twisting your body can boost your immune system and aid your digestive system.
Stretching increases blood circulation and helps lymph nodes and organs along, dumping toxins they accumulate. I find the best way to do this is by practicing hot yoga (Bikram), which is where you will sweat and stretch (and hold to tone)–double detox duty + added muscle tone. Remember to drink a lot of water afterwards to help the flushing of toxins (same as what your massage therapist will tell you).
