Tidepools Swimwear {surfer chic} + giveaway

Warm weather has finally arrived, so it’s time to start our Summer giveaways! Living in the desert, we live in our pool all summer long, so finding the right swimsuit is essential. I was so excited to find Tidepools Swimwear, which is known for it’s is surfer chic style. This line of swimwear offers modern cuts for infants through juniors. Each suit can be made in a choice of fabrics. Prints incorporate bold, vibrant hues with reds, oranges, purples, and pinks for girls and red, blues, greens and oranges for boys. The fabrics are bold, fun and add surfer style to kids’ swimwear. Choose from bikinis, tankinis, one pieces, rashguards and board shorts.

Tidepools has a line of fresh patterns that you won’t find anywhere else unless you’re hopping on a plan to the Hawaiian Islands. I know, you’re going to roll your eyes at my next comment about family matching swimwear, but check out Tidepools 2001 Catalog with some of the moms and toddlers in the same pattern suits. I have to admit, I want one! I love how the same pattern suits look completely different when cut into a different style. The suits run true to size. My daughter in the pink suit is a 5T(M) having a little room to grow and in the blue is a 4T (S), which fits perfectly. The suits are comfortable for my daughter to be in all day and are flattering. She’s never pulling her top down, or her bottoms up.

One of the many things I love about Tidepools Swimwear is that the owner not only understands children, but has a passion for design. In addition to the swimwear line, he’s also written a book called Tropicat. It’s a brilliantly written story about the adventures of Tropicat, a cat who lives on the island and how he escapes danger with a little help from his friends. The artwork is all created by Brett himself and the book was written for his two daughters. Pick up your own copy of Tropicat here. My daughter loves that Tropicat looks very similar to our cats, so she thinks it’s all about a random adventure they went on one day. So cute. It’s a fun read and the artwork is colorful and entertaining.
