This is the first of several superfood snack posts coming for back-to-school snack ideas, so keep on the lookout for more tasty ideas!  Today I’m sharing a recipe great for lunchboxes and after school snacks, not to mention movie night!  This recipes (and more to follow) are made possible by Nativas Naturals superfood powders, nori and coconut water being highlighted today, both sent to me for review.

For a half cup of popcorn kernels add 2 tsp of nori powder and 1 tsp of coconut water powder.

My 6.5 year old loves “nori popcorn” even after I told her what nori was.  I will admit I have an adventurous eater, a real foodie in training, but you don’t have to disclose what nori is.  The popcorn is not “fishy” like you may think, simply savory and very unique.  So, so yum.
