summer in the Bahamas {Priti NYC}

Summer is here to stay awhile, so get in the spirit with bright summery nail shades!  One of our very favorite nail polish companies, Priti NYC has a line of gorgeous shades inspired by The Bahamas.  I tested two perfect polishes from the collection, sent for review.

Living in the land of sun and sand, it feels like summer year round.  Now that it has broken the 120 degree mark though, it really feels like summer.  Now I live in breezy tops and short shorts accented with bright, cheery accessories.  Yes, I consider nail polish as an accessory!

From the Bahamas Collection at Priti NYC, I tested Hedge Hog Rose and Baby Blue Eyes, two fantastically vibrant shades.  Hedge Hog Rose is a bright pink that sits somewhere between neon and Barbie pink with hints of orange — meaning it has a bit of a coral feel.  It is a special color that cannot be described in one word!

Baby Blue Eyes is a fab blue for summer, this coming from a not-so-big fan of blue polish lighter than navy.  It is a vibrant cornflower blue with a subtle shimmer, so gorgeous for the long summer days, especially on sun-kissed skin.

Priti NYC is an eco-friendly nail polish, vegan and 5 free.  Totally non-toxic, they are safe to share with your kids.  My daughter is quite happy with this fact!  The polish goes on smooth, dries quickly and lasts forever, and by “forever” I mean a week!  Chip resistant and containing a UV inhibitor, these polishes stand up to the harsh environment and sun rays of the desert.

Polishes can be purchased online at Priti NYC.  Keep in the know by liking Priti NYC on Facebook and following on Twitter.
