S’mores Brownie Cake {YUM}
Aah, S’mores the yummy dessert synonymous with summertime, cookouts and camping. While I love S’mores as much as the next marshmallow and chocolate lover, I cannot get around a campfire too often to roast them. I found the next best thing..S’mores Brownie Cake. This recipe is so simple for a weeknight dessert and it is less messy to make than the traditional S’mores. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 TBS butter, melted
- 1 TBS sugar
- 1 box Brownie Mix (plus required ingredients)
- 1 package mini marshmallows
- Springform baking pan
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
- Spread graham cracker mixture over the bottom of a springform pan and press evenly.
- Prepare brownie mix as directed on box and pour over crust.
- Bake as directed on box.
- Top with a single layer of marshmallows.
- Turn oven broiler to high and bake brownie cake for about 2 minutes until marshmallows begin to brown.
