Shipping & Delivery
Items will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days. If you need expedited shipping please contact us at customerservice@intheknowmom.net. We can deliver to you or directly to the gift recipient. Presonalized gift tags are available.

Returns & Replacements
             No full returns will be accepted as the gifts are made to order but store credits are available. Any missing, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge. Please contact the customer service at customerservice@intheknowmom.net with any questions regarding these issues.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
            All major credit cards are accepted. Money orders can be accepted with prior clearance; please email customerservice@intheknowmom.net. All promotional codes can be entered at checkout. If you have any problems with a discount code that was extended to you, please feel free to contact us.

Viewing Orders
            An email confirmation will be sent to you when you place an order. You will also be able to see and track your order through "My Account" by loging in.

Updating Account Information

You may update your account information at any time by clicking on "My Account" and signing in. Here you can update your address, contact information, view your product reviews, manage subscriptions, and view your orders. No information will be shared, sold, or seen by any other companies or soles other than In The Know Mom Retail, LLC.
