new sizes and improvements for Pampers {Babies”R”Us} + Giveaway

With an almost 8 month old in the house, I feel all in.  The milestones seem to be flying by and my house is a whirlwind of diapers, sticky puff food and too much baby gear.  My one-time baby now has two teeth, sits easily on his own, crawls, runs in his walker and calls me “momma” (best milestone ever).  I even see him trying to pull himself up on furniture.  While I’m wishing he would slow down, I know he will not, so I pick diapers that can keep up with him.  For me, that is Pampers, who is always improving and listening to us moms for suggestions.  A Pampers and Babies”R”Us Prize Pack is up for grabs below, the same sent to me for review.

in_the_know_mom

If you follow the ins and outs of my life with diapers, you know I am a part-time cloth, part-time disposable kind of mom.  It fits our lifestyle.  Pampers has always been our number one choice since day one with baby one, specifically the Swaddlers.  This is probably because it is the brand we were sent home with from the hospital.  I’ve tried all of the major brands and some store brands — the Pampers Swaddlers leak less and absorb more.  For me, that is a fact (with both my girl and my boy).  My only complaint with my first was that the Swaddlers range didn’t extend into larger sizes, well now they do!

pampers

Babies”R”Us, one of my very favorite places to be, now sells Pampers Swaddlers in sizes 4 and 5 – that’s up to 27 lbs!  Pampers is also making more changes to their softest diaper (and #1 choice of hospitals).  The latest improvements to the Pampers Swaddlers line includes: an absorb-away lining, wetness indicator, new packaging and graphics.  Cruisers and Baby-dry are also being updated and now feature new cuff material as well as improved absorbancy speed.

This is a new generation of Pampers and all are available at Babies”R”Us.  Who couldn’t use a little extra help when shopping?  We have a Pampers and Babies”R”Us prize pack to give away featuring

  • Pampers Wipes (64 count)
  • $50 Babies”R”Us Gift Card (valid at Toys”R”Us as well)

The first smile is always awesome! When my kids were babies, I always felt so silly when I’d make all the goofy faces and obnoxious sounds and they’d just stare at me with that blank, confused look on their face. I was afraid my babies just didn’t find me funny or entertaining, but then they would give you that big bright smile and you’re like… “alright, I got it… I’m a funny mom!” Mission accomplished! :)
