Flashcards are all the rage in this house as learning is in full swing.  Keeping my three year old challenged is a challenge in itself.  All of the Mudpuppy Ring Flashcards are amazing but the English/French Basic Words caught my eye first.  With a few Spanish and Chinese words under her belt, it seemed logical to start in with a new language.  They are such sponges at this age.  Since her dad speaks French fairly well, I immediately thought this could be a fun activity for the two of them.  The cards are super durable and brightly colored on both sides.  Like the lost sock in the dryer, other flashcard sets mysteriously lose members, which is frustrating.  These cards are cleverly placed on a reclosable ring, making them a set forever. They are perfect for car rides, shopping trips, plane rides, and travel of any sort.

Erin: I’ve been drooling over these flashcards for quite some time. I decided to start out with the Counting Nature Ring Flash Cards to see how my daughter would like them. Oh my goodness, I didn’t realize how much we BOTH would love them. The cards have animals and fruits on them for your children to count what they see on each card. They don’t just stop there though, they also have cards on it that do basic addition and subtraction for when your child is learning math. The cards are durable enough for a baby to suck on and will last through their early school years to test them on their math skills. Such a great idea and product. I’ll be adding more card sets to her Easter basket this year!
