smart dolls for impressionable girls {Lottie Dolls} + giveaway

Our kids are very impressionable.  With all the high standards, unrealistic or even unobtainable expectations out there, girls today are set up for a lifetime of body confidence issues and feelings of inadequacy — if parents don’t step in.  Every little girl needs fashion dolls but now there is a smarter choice, the Lottie Doll from the British company, Arklu.  This wholesome doll is still fabulously feisty and ready for adventure.  Lottie came to my house this week, sent for review.

Meet Lottie.

Meet Pirate Queen Lottie, inspired by real-life pirate Gracie O’ Malley who lived in 16th century Ireland.  She was the “most notorious woman in all the coasts of Ireland.”  While she may have been a ruthless pirate in real life, in Lottie Doll form, she is absolutely adorable: Arrr!

…and comes with great accessories like a tricorne pirate hat and swashbuckler boots…

… a book and an awesome sword.

Unlike many other popular fashion dolls for little girls, Lottie has the body of a 9 year old.  I appreciate that since there are no blossomed 16 year olds playing with dolls — it is our impressionable little girls dressing and undressing dolls like Lottie.  She also doesn’t have a makeuped face, just sweet big eyes, light pink lips and a healthy flush on the cheeks.  No suggestive clothing either for Lottie, no this adorable thing is more about exploring and being a kid.

Just because the clothing isn’t suggestive doesn’t mean it can’t be girly, pretty and amazing.  Just look at this Sweet Dreams Outfit Set.  My daughter loves to put pajamas on her favorite dolls at bedtime, so this set was a must-have.  It includes an all-in-one pajama, robe and slippers.

Awesome for the upcoming holiday season, I am recommending these to all moms of young girls (3+).  I can guarantee you I will be buying a couple other dolls and accessory sets for my own daughter.  The latest line, of which Pirate Queen Lottie is part of, has other fun characters like Butterfly Protector Lottie (a nature-loving gal), Kawaii Karate Lottie and Robot Girl Lottie, plus lots of accessory packs.

The Lottie Doll collection is top notch quality.  Every accessory is thoughtfully designed and created.  The fashion dolls are 7 1/2″ and the perfect size for little hands.  Purchase the Lottie dolls for $19.99 and accessory packs for $9.99.  Keep in the know by liking Lottie on Facebook.

Throughout this great design of things you’ll receive an A just for effort. Exactly where you actually lost me was in the specifics. As people say, details make or break the argument.. And it couldn’t be more correct at this point. Having said that, let me tell you just what did give good results. The article (parts of it) is definitely pretty convincing and this is probably why I am taking an effort to comment. I do not really make it a regular habit of doing that. Second, even though I can easily notice a jumps in reason you come up with, I am not really convinced of exactly how you appear to unite your ideas which inturn produce the actual conclusion. For right now I shall yield to your position however wish in the near future you actually link the dots much better.
