The Ice Age movies have remained a favorite in my house and we could not be more excited for the fourth installment, Ice Age: Continental Drift.  Releasing July 13, we plan on having a back to back Ice Age marathon the days before heading to the theater, and I highly recommend you do this as well.   I am just hoping that Scrat finally gets his acorn in this one.  If you haven’t seen the full trailer for the new film, please check it out below.

Synopsis:

In ICE AGE 4: CONTINENTAL DRIFT, Scrat’s nutty pursuit of the cursed acorn, which he’s been after since the dawn of time, has world-changing consequences – a continental cataclysm that triggers the greatest adventure of all for Manny, Diego and Sid.  In the wake of these upheavals, Sid reunites with his cantankerous Granny, and the herd encounters a ragtag menagerie of seafaring pirates determined to stop them from returning home.
