I’ve seen so many Father’s Day printables for your kids to answer questions about their Dad’s and Grandfathers. What bugged me about them is that none of them seemed to ask everything I wanted them to. My choice was to either print out three of them or to make my own. So I decided to combine my favorite questions into one document that I could edit. The great thing about this is that I simply changed the title and name in the document to “Papa” for my father from my daughter. That’s right, editable! Plus if you don’t like a question, change it. So I thought I’d share my document with all of you to use as you’d like. Change it to Dad, Papa, Grandpa, Poppie, whatever your heart desires. Then print it out to add into your Father’s Day card. I had my daughter also draw a picture of her with her Dad and another with her Papa that I put with the questionnaire. I’m fairly certain that this will be their item in their Father’s Day gifts. Enjoy!
