{DIY} decorative tray

This DIY is coming straight from Martha, DIY goddess.  First off, I absolutely love decorative trays of all kinds.  I think they are totally relevant to most every room in the house and you can never, never have enough.   What I love about decorative trays is that you can buy them sleek and modern, ornate and vintage, or with super bold colors and patterns.  They are the decorative pillow of the kitchen.  And they don’t just have to be serving trays.  You can use them in the bathroom to house perfumes, on the coffee table to house books; they look divine holding flowers in just about any room.   So let’s get to the DIY.  First you take an old aluminum rimmed baking sheet, yes baking sheet, and adhere a stand out yard of fabric to it.  Pop in a sheet of acrylic and you’re good to go!  To get the in-depth steps, ask Martha.
