time to detox! {Cooler Cleanse} + Giveaway

cooler cleanseWith Spring right around the corner (thank goodness) who isn’t looking for a healthy and safe way to feel lighter, cleaner, and more clear minded? I chose Cooler Cleanse, because they provide a wide variety of nutrient rich juices to feed your cells, and it is not as harsh and uncomfortable as many of the fad fasts out there. If you are anything like me you eat much more comfort food during the Fall and Winter months and with that said, you will need to ease your system. The digestive tract is the hardest working organ in your body and we need to treat it much better. Cooler Cleanse is a convenient and delicious way to recharge. With Cooler Cleanse, you will be replacing regular meals with fresh-pressed vegetable and fruit juices fo3-5 days. This cleanse will free up a lot of energy for that hard working digestive tract. Think of it as an oil change for your body.

I started my 3-Day Cooler Cleanse the day I received it since the lovely people at Cooler Cleanse gave me the time my juices would be arriving, and I was able to choose the exact day that I wanted to start. Cooler Cleanse even sent me a friendly e-mail with tips to prepare me for the 3-Day Cooler Cleanse. The 18 bottles of fresh-pressed juices were delivered to my door in a big cooler box. These were sent overnight from New York, and were still cold. I was so impressed with how well they packed these juices. I even received a handy cooler bag with cold packs so I was able to take my juices wherever I had to go.

All of the juices have a numbered lid so you know what order to drink the juices in. My favorite juices were the Sweet Greens, Spicy Lemonade and the Grapefruit Mint.  The juices were all delicious except, I am not a fan of beets so the Essential Red was not for me. A flash card had suggestions how to improve the flavor of certain juices, and that was really nice. You can even customize your Cooler Cleanse with the type of Cooler cleansejuices you prefer.

During the 3 days, people kept asking me if I was starving, but I really stayed full. You drink a juice every 2 hours so by the time I started to feel a little bit hungry it was time for another juice. From time to time, I would crave crunchy food, but that was due to not being able to eat any solid food for 3 days. I kept telling myself how good I would feel when I was done and that kept me on the right track.

Since I finished my 3-Day Cooler Cleanse and I definitely feel MUCH better.  On the second day I noticed my skin was literally glowing and my eyes were brighter green. I kept looking in the mirror. I know that sounds so vane , but it reassured me that it was really working. I also slept very well and woke up refreshed.

As you can probably tell I am really happy with Cooler Cleanse and I love the whole concept. Too bad I don’t have a Cooler Cleanse store anywhere nearby, but next time I go to New York I will be sure to stop by. Thankfully they deliver nationwide. I will absolutely reset with a 3-Day Cooler Cleanse in the future. Cheers to your health!
