Now this is something I wish I had when my daughter was a newborn.  The Mawok is a soft hammock to rest your infant in, either attached to the wall or door, even a tree.  The hammock will soothe your baby to sleep with its calm rocking motion.  The best part is that you can take it anywhere.  I personally would have loved to attach it to the wall next to my bed, reaching over to rock my baby when she woke up.  Mosquito netting is also available.  This product has been thoroughly tested and proven not only safe, but helpful with colicky sleepless babies.  Mawok is a Swedish company, but you can purchase from here for the States.
