Available in two flavors: Natural Pomegranate Lychee Flavor and Natural Raspberry Jasmine Flavor, the beauty drink doesn’t taste half bad. I mixed the powder with more water than suggested and then… shake, shake, shake. I also added pomegranate juice to taste. I was slightly skeptical at first but am a skin enthusiast so I wanted to try. With my normal strict skin regimen, I thought that Glowelle would be great as a nutrition supplement, but not show any visible results. Every morning I drank my Glowelle like a good little tester, and then after about 10 days I swear I felt physically a little better. First, water is the best thing for your body, especially your skin. So a 20 oz glass of water filled with vitamins and extracts is a great way to start the day.

I have what we call “combination” skin, where my skin can be oily in some places, and very dry in others. I use expensive (and effective) treatments weekly to keep my skin even and my pores tight. But you can always improve! What I honestly noticed about Glowelle was that after I washed my face in the morning, my skin didn’t look as parched as it has been… like maybe I could skip my hydrating serum and be fine for the day. My bare skin also has a healthy luminescence to it, which I am chalking up to Glowelle. And probably most impressive to me is that it is evening out my skin tone. The redness on my cheeks disappeared, which is a miracle in itself.

Bottom line, I have great skin that I take care of well, but it’s not perfect. There are no such things as quick fixes, it’s a lifestyle choice to have healthy and beautiful skin. Drinking water, taking vitamins, and using sun protection are musts. Cleansing your skin properly in the morning and before bed, and keeping it moisturized is also a must. But I can honestly say that even by half way through, Glowelle had already improved the appearance of my skin.

My Glowelle Smoothie: (I drank these a couple times a week, adjust to your taste)

1 packet Glowelle (pomegranate lychee flavor)

6 oz POM Wonderful pomegranate juice

3 oz filtered water

1/2 banana

1 c frozen berries

Blend with hand or regular blender. Add more banana for a thicker consistency. Delicious!
