We received an email from one of our ITKM readers asking us to help them find a solution for potty training on the go. Looking for the easiest, most hygienic and re-usable solution when you are out and about with a toddler who is potty training. We searched high and low and tried out several option and we’re happy to tell you found the best option on the market right now.
There’s a lot of items out there right now that seriously make me cringe. I love being green, but I also don’t like sticking something in my purse that’s been in direct contact with a public toilet. I’m probably more paranoid of germs than the average person, so I’ve added an additional layer to my solution. I carry Potty Toppers in my purse, usually a handful since they’re so small and compact. I line the public toilet with something that’s disposable just so that my potty won’t get all nasty from the toilet. You can purchase them from Babies R Us, Toys R Us, Target and even Walmart.
On top of the disposable seat liner, I place my Primo Folding Potty Seat With Handles. This is such a lifesaver. Primo has great products. I have the Eurobath and since my daughter is physically disabled, she was able to use it until she was 2 years old.
